More often than not, companies have little insight into what is going on with their personnel. In many cases the perception of a manager or leader often differs quite dramatically from the employees' perception. For example, a manager might think his or her employees are satisfied and committed while in reality that is not the case.
With the help of a our N-Gage program most of the hidden factors that might lead to job dissatisfaction can be spotted before the situation runs out of hand. Based on the results, an action plan can be devised to remedy these dissatisfaction causing factors.
How we work
We start by conducting an in depth analysis of the different factors that might influence an employee's physical and psychological well-being at work.
Our different surveys focus on a number of questions related to the four pillars of a healthy organization:

We then evaluate the results with management and form an action plan to tackle any irregularities with regards to the findings. After changes have been implemented, we conduct a follow up analysis after six months and again after one year to assure that everything is still going according to the standards of a healthy organization.
