Think about all the hours invested in reading all those application letters, the numerous job interviews and the countless hours training a new employee. In some cases, after all this work has been done, the chosen employee still might not be what you had expected.
Luckily Say Yes Caribbean can assist you during this difficult task of selecting the right person for the job. Our assessment center is specialized in selecting the most suited candidate for the job. We make use of the most reliable test instruments to evaluate every candidate as accurately as possible. We also conduct one-on-one interviews, use in-bask assignments to determine a person's decision making capabilities and we make use of role playing sessions to determine a person's practical application of the required competencies.
How we work
After a client has selected a number of potential candidates for a function, we start by planning an appointment with the different candidates. Each candidate will then have to fill in a questionnaire especially designed to give a clear picture of the person's personality, competencies and capabilities. After the result have been analyzed, a one-on-one interview is held to further tap into the candidate's strengths and weaknesses.
After that, the candidate will have to complete an in-basket assignment which is commonly used to measure a person's analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. Finally the candidate will have to complete a role playing session in which we further test the candidates social and result oriented approach.
