Say Yes Caribbean offers a number of interesting training sessions and workshops for both companies as well as for individuals who want to register independently. We believe in a participatory approach. Therefore our trainings are both practical in nature and all skills are easily transferrable to a real life situation.

How we work

After we get a request for a training, we sit down with our client to define in more detail what the crucial points are that need to be covered during the training session or workshop. By involving participants, we try to engage them even more during the training sessions. We do this by giving real life examples and by letting participants engage and practice with the theory.

 

Results

Each training is designed for participants to develop their competencies even further. By actively participating in a training, each individual can practice in a safe and controlled environment. The result is that they are able to put everything they have learned into practice the moment they finish our sessions.
